Practice Team

Our Practice team are here to help you. They work to the same level of confidentiality that you would expect from your doctor or nurse. As such, each member of staff signed a confidentiality clause prior to commencement of employment at the practice.

On occasion you may be asked for brief medical details to enable staff to offer you the best treatment option i.e. would a doctor or nurse be the most appropriate person to deal with your problem. It is also very useful for our nurses to know the reason for an appointment, as this allows them to get any equipment, etc ready in advance. It is perfectly acceptable for you to decide not to offer this type of information, and this decision will be respected by our staff, but please be aware that staff will not ask for information other than to help plan your best treatment.
