Practice Staff

Staff are doing their very best to help in what is a difficult time for everyone; please think about how you speak to our staff who are working extremely hard to deal with an very high number of calls throughout the day. Staff have sadly experienced a lot of verbal abuse and aggression from a number of callers over the last few months, they do try hard to be as helpful as possible and really do not deserve to be treated in this way.
