Do you get stressed and anxious or regulary feel like things are dragging you down?
Worcestershire Healthy Minds supports people, aged 16 and over, who are experiencing problems such as stress, anxiety and low mood. We provide a range of talking therapies and support, including, from the start of September 2015, a range of courses and groups which you can refer yourself onto (see link below). The service aims to help people maintain healthy mental wellbeing by providing talking space and encouraging the use of tools and techniques proven to be helpful.
